SHAWN NEWBURG
Shawn's leadership throughout his time with the Bengal Bouts is clearly reflected in the hearts and minds of the boxers he worked with in his years, as well as the boxers who will lead the Bengal Bouts for years to come. Every boxer that has participated in the Bengal Bouts knows that one of the program's greatest achievements is the establishment of a brotherhood unlike any other at the University of Notre Dame. It is that brotherhood that brings us together in this time of sorrow and it is that same brotherhood that brings us together to cherish his memory.
